CNC Routing

PWS offers a full CNC (computer numerical control) routing service.  Simple to complex our router is able to cut just about any shape from materials ranging from 1mm in thickness to 50mm.

We can cut:

• Acylic
• Polycarbonate
• PVC
• Alu-panel
• HDPE
• Aluminum

All materials are cut on our Procam Flatbed CNC machine. Oversize job? Not a problem, our bed size on the CNC is 3660mm x 1830mm. So instead of you product being cut into several pieces with ugly join, we can cut it in one piece!.
